Neos, flying beyond expectations
Neos, an Italian airline that is part of Alpitour World, was established in 2001 with the goal of providing the market with high quality air services. Our commitment is to maintain rigorous standards of operational trustworthiness, both on board and on the ground.
On 7 March 2002, we obtained an Air Operator's Certificate and a licence to transport passengers and cargo. We started our flight operations the next day, departing from Milan Malpensa airport, our chosen hub, and flying to Senegal with our first Boeing 737-800 I-NEOS "City of Milan".
In October of the same year, we began scheduled connections and our flight network began expanding rapidly.
We launched our long-haul flights in 2004 and ever since then, our growth has been unstoppable. We continue to soar higher and higher, offering our passengers unforgettable travel experiences.
Our operational bases are Milan Malpensa, Verona, Bologna and Rome. From these bases and from numerous airports worldwide, we offer year-round flights to fascinating and astonishingly beautiful destinations. We prioritise providing comfort, safety and innovation to our customers.
Our scheduled flights travel to exotic destinations, evocative locations rich in history and culture, and even new places waiting to be explored. We fly to the Caribbean, Africa, America, Canada, China, Kazakhstan, India, the Middle East, Northern Europe, the Indian Ocean and Atlantic Islands, as well as the most popular tourist spots in the Mediterranean.
We operate scheduled flights to more than 50 destinations, as well as on demand flight for large organisations and sports associations with customised flight options.
Our business model is highly versatile and is known for providing a service that is both courteous and reliable. We have a young fleet and have experienced management, as well as a strong dedication to improving the efficiency of the aviation sector.
