ECONOMY B767 MOONFLOWER
Economy class services include: 32-inch monitor on the walls, seats with leather upholstery and high-quality earphones for free on the outward flight, to be used freely during your stay on the ground and kept for the return flight. Grappa di Nebbiolo di Barolo Batasiolo offered to all passengers on long-haul flights. The meals have been revised and enriched with new appetizers and hot dishes. Only natural drinks without dyes are served, in full compliance with the recommendations of health organizations. Wide range of drinks offered: iced tea, ACE juice (with vitamins A, C and E) and four other types of fruit juices. In addition, we offer Batasiolo white wine, red wine and sparkling wine during the snack, lunch and dinner services.
ECONOMY EXTRA B767 MOONFLOWER
The Economy Extra service is available for economy class passengers on long-haul flights operated by B767 Moonflower aircraft. The service can be booked through your Tour Operator or the travel agency you have signed the travel contract with, or you can purchase it directly at the flight check-in desks. Economy Extra means allocation of a seat that offers more space and comfort in the cabin (for example, the front row and the emergency exits), check-in at a dedicated desk (for long haul flights) and a preferential lane for security checks where available (so-called “fast track”). The Economy Extra seats on board have more leg space. These seats are in the first row, the emergency exit rows (with the exception of the window seats) and the last rows. Those seated in the front row have a bulkhead divider about 50 cm in front of them, while children under 12 and passengers with reduced mobility are not permitted in the emergency exit rows. The armrests cannot be raised in the emergency exits and in the front row.
ECONOMY PREMIUM
This class Economy Premium, thanks to 38 inches of pitch equal to 96.52 cm, offers more legroom. A cosy cabin with 21 ergonomic seats with height-adjustable headrest with "ears" flexible to ensure proper posture of the head and neck. The back has been changed in the lumbar to encourage the pursuit of S natural spine and was added to the footrest to maintain the correct posture of the back corner.
The Economy Premium class offers a range of services for accompanying you from start to destination. You can make use of dedicated check-in, fast track, vip lounge (where available), priority boarding and franchise hold baggage of 30kg. On board to ensure greater comfort we will give our guests a travel cosmetic bag full of socks, eyeshades, earplugs, toothbrush, toothpaste and lip balm.
A choice of traditional Italian dishes prepared individually and served in china plates characterize our service edge. ENTERTAINMENT ON BOEING 767 MOONFLOWER
Every six months Neos renews the list of the movies shown on board its aircrafts on all flights that are not shorter than 3 hours and 30 minutes. On intercontinental flights, in particular, there are two distinct shows on the outbound flight and two different ones on the return flight. They are always movie premieres that are selected among the movies that are most suitable to families whilst also accounting for the younger travellers.
In Economy Premium, entertainment on board become personalized with the ability to make free use of an iPad with an access menu to numerous media content as it is possible to enjoy the view of a selection of movies, or read some magazines, listen to music compilations or alternatively entertain themselves with games.
But the true core of the NEOS on board entertainment is a new and fun proposal that was created to accompany you to destination with cheerfulness. Named “A world of islands”, a journey around the world to discover the last paradises on Earth. That is not all, as there are also interviews to the most popular singers of the moment and the presentation of some among the many Neos destinations.
For music fans, Neos offers eight channels with music selections that are updated every six months. It is possible to listen to great classical composers’ masterpieces, Caribbean rhythms, excellent jazz music, songs for children, the “ever green” hits of Pop, Rock and Soul, or relax while being lulled by the sounds of nature.
NEOS ENTERTAINMENT
For your next holiday Neos makes more comfortable travel on board all passengers, with the new system Boardconnect © installed on Neos B767 Moonflower fleet. The system is a wireless distribution of entertainment content such as movies, games, magazines and music, accessible from each guest with "smart" device (tablet, smartphone with Android or iOS, and with Wi Fi connection). You'll have to install the app on your device NEOS ENTERTAINMENT available for download on Apple Store and Androids Store. Once on board, during the cruise, you can just start NEOS ENTERTAINMENT and a simple menu, allowing you to enjoy visions of entertainment content that you can see at any time, pause and resume as you wish, in short, a real On-Demand system. ABOARD FACILITIES
Flying NEOS means also discovering rich and tasty menus correlated to the time and duration of each flight as well to the chosen class for the journey.
Breakfast is served on morning flights, accompanied by a choice of hot and cold non-alcoholic drinks. Lunch or dinner is served on flights lasting over three hours, both with warm pasta dishes featuring the best Italian cuisine, served in porcelain dishes along with exquisite pastries. Each tray is enriched with excellent national products and glass cups.
The fine white and red wines from a high-level vineyard in Piedmont deserve mention, as does the coffee, which is equally and rigorously "MADE IN ITALY".
On intercontinental connections, Neos Air is then distinguished by a second service before landing, consisting of a snack or a breakfast depending on the time, with both sweet and savoury components.
In ECONOMY PREMIUM, present on all flights taken with Boeing 767 Moonflower, satisfying the tastes and preferences of each passenger is one of the company's main objectives, and this is achieved with a fabric tablecloth and a high quality catering service. Depending on the duration of the flight, a service will be offered that includes an appetiser and a main dish, followed by fresh pastries and accompanied by a wide selection of drinks and DOC wines from an important producer from the Langhe.
