VALUE DECLARATION

In order to declare valuables which are inside checked baggage, Neos gives passengers the opportunity to make a statement declaring them. In order to make a statement:

• Showing up at the check-in 2 hours before the departure of short and medium haul flights (duration of the flight by 7 hours) and 3 hours before the departure of long haul flights (duration of the flight by 7 hours)
• During the check-in producing a valid identity document (or passport), together with the confirmation of the booking, is mandatory
• Delivering to the check-in attendant the form from Neos (here downloadable) completly filled in and reporting the inventory of the contents of your baggage
• Opening the baggage in front of check-in attendant who will verify all valuable items declared are in the same quantity and condition reported on the filled in form
• Close the baggage with a key or combination padlock

In order to avoid damage during the transportation, it is mandatory that the contents are carefully packed in the baggage in order to avoid damage during the transportation. Thecompensation will depend on the value declared and according to the conditions reported on the form itself if damaged.
