The airport is connected to the city centre and the main towns of the island by numerous public service buses and an efficient taxi service. The airport also has numerous car hire companies from which you can hire a car and travel the island in total freedom. Menorca Airport: 4.5 km from the capital Mahòn and 47 km from Ciutadella, the second most important city on the island. The easiest way to get around Menorca is by car. There is an efficient taxi service connecting the airport to Mahon. The cost of the trip is around ten euros.
