The on-board service offered on our flights is the result of coordination with the company’s different departments and is developed to satisfy our customers in the best way possible, for both individual customers and tour operators who purchase the flight. Our goal is to offer top-quality effective service with high standards, taking the same approach not just for one flight but all our flights. Our service is proven effective when it is appreciated and recognized over the years by our customers: a passenger who trusts us is an excellent result, not only for us, but for all the departments involved. Making those who fly with us feel like a welcome guest is part of our courtesy: we greet everyone as they come aboard and bid them farewell when we land. We pay special attention to passengers with special needs (children, the elderly, disable travelers, unaccompanied minors, and families). With our work on board, we use a universal language: a smile.
We offer two classes of service on our flights: Economy Premium and Economy. With the B787, the travel experience will be far different with respect to the previous long-haul fleet: greater comfort, more entertainment, more room, less noise, and much more. Our Economy Premium class features a different menu, roomier seats, kits for the flight, bigger individual monitors, and a separate cabin. In any case, Economy passengers enjoy a comfortable flight throughout the cabin and each seat has a personal monitor. There is also a dedicated area for passengers who chose Economy Extra Plus, with separate fast-track check-in at the airport, seat choice, hot towels, and a welcome drink. The menu on board is the same for Economy and Economy Extra Plus passengers. Lastly, several Economy Extra seats toward the front of the aircraft can be purchased.
Individual entertainment on demand.?Movies, music playlists, games, news, flight information, shopping, and a bar service. All passengers on the 787 Dreamliner will find tons of entertainment, along with shopping and drinks. We offer sixty-six movies, with twelve new releases, twelve late releases, thirty-six classics, two Chinese late releases, and four Chinese classics, divided into five sections: action-thrillers, comedy, adventure, drama, and children’s movies, in five languages: Italian, English, Spanish, French, and Chinese. As to music, there are 319 titles divided into ten playlists: power hits, relaxation, Italian rap, golden hits, Latino rhythm, dance lounge, hip-hop mix, alternative, kids’ party, and jazz. We also offer ten games: Garfield Kart Race, Monument Builders: Colosseum, Worms 3, Alice in Wonderland, Actua Golf 2, Family Quiz, Ultimate Word Search, Sunset Sudoku, Arkanoid, Superfrog, Freddi Fish 4. There is also entertainment for little ones, with nine movies, thirty-five songs and ten games. A shopping catalogue and a bar where customers can leaf through available products at their leisure and buy what they need for their vacation or get mementos of their trip. Throughout the flight, passengers can take advantage of this special service, ordering a drink, a snack, an espresso, or some bubbly to celebrate a special anniversary without ever leaving their seat. There is a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, as well as sweet and savory snacks that can be ordered from the in-seat video.
